A travel agency cannot get a visa or work permit for you. This is just part of the scam to steal money from you.

Visa/work permit
The company will not bear the cost of your visa/work permit to Portugal as a matter of clarity. This has been the Bonifacio Groups policy since 2013 when some fortunate employees took due advantage of the company's gesture as a gateway of entering Europe dubiously. You are to shoulder or take responsibility of the cost of the work permit and visa from our partner travel agent. The agent will be in charge to facilitate your visa and work permit. However though, the company will be responsible for your flight ticket to Portugal and your residential permit.
Note: On completion of your visa and working permit from our partner travel agent you are to provide to us the evidence of receipt or payment draft of any amount you spent in the processing of your working permit and visa from our partner travel agent which the company will fully reimburse you on your first week of resumption to work.
Furthermore, you are required to provide the company with a proof of your Portugal valid Visa/work permit after 15 days of receiving this employment offer letter, as a proof of readiness to join the company. If the terms and conditions of the company are satisfactory to you, you are therefore required to follow the following procedures immediately so as to complete your employment procedure:
* You are to contact the (Celso Agency) immediately with a signed copy of your employment offer letter sent to them through email attached for a valid Work-Permit/Employment Authorization Documents to enable you work legally in Portugal.
* You must not exceed your resumption date of 27th December, 2017. We will like you to know that the company has a convention with the (Celso Agency) to assist our foreign employees especially in procuring their visa/work permit to make it easier for our employees to acquire their legal documents and avoid the need of transferring documents illegally.
