Any legal entity will sometimes have you fill out an online application. But WILL NOT have you "email your applciation as an attachment..." these are scams just trying to get your Date of Birth and SSN = DO NOT "give" your information.
I have even had one that made it look EXACTLY like a job I had applied to from careerbuilder. But when I did my leg work... I found out: job on careerbuilder was GONE! and the alleged business had a website that really showed no "real" contact info.
BE CAREFUL !! these requests just FEEL wrong!
