You are requested to forward a copy of your Offer Letter and copy of your travel passport to the email above to enable them proceed urgently with your visa application to avoid delays. Other documents required from the company has been forwarded to the office of (Diplomat Ben Smith) for further processing.

We have agreed that the cost of the visa should be paid by you as this is in accordance to the Contract Agreement Letter which was sent to you earlier. This is due to the fact that we have paid for the visas for some people in the past and when they received their visas, they travelled to other parts of United States to visit their friends and family instead of arriving here to work with us.
