Now, we are hiring customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to supervise e-currency exchange process and handle any possible problems that our clients might experience with accuracy and efficiency. Customer Service Representative is a part-time job from home. New crew member receives quick on-the-job education, lasting for 4 weeks. Education period is completely paid. This is a main salary position, monthly salary making up $2850. Corporation pays 5% bonuses for exceptional performance. Note, that the full-time occupation is also available after trial period.
JOB PROSPECTS
Job prospects for Customer Service Agent are expected to be good since we are founding office in the US in November. Starting from November, there are various types of emloyment: part-time and full-time work from home and full-time office job (for New York city residents). First month of the probation period is mandatory a part-time with the opportunity to transfer to a full-time based on the results of the probation. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Supervise a large range of E-currency exchange rates and operations within the internet ambience daily;
-Supervise the exchange operations from FIAT (regular money) to E-money and back;
-Work with clients, give them full information concerning the services, fees and benefits of the company. All communication is over the e-mails, and we provide clients. It's not a sales position!
PREFERENCES:
-High interaction and interpersonal skills;
-Experience in work in client service is a plus but not obligatory;
-Basic PC and office programs knowledge;
-Trustworthiness, accuracy, care for keeping set schedules;
-Availability through phone and e-mail during the day;
-High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
The Supervisor will help you at every step in the beginning of the probational period and instruct you how to operate with currencies and clients. You will need to keep him/her updated about the work progress and report on the fulfilled tasks.
