There have been reports of service lapses and unruly behavior of some staff towards customers thus their management wants an independent review of a few of their shops. The complaints as reported by customers had to do with monies not reaching receivers, slow services and unbalanced transfer charges.

Your assignment is to transfer funds to another Feedback Specialist to enable you observe the quality of their services visa viz any other observation such as ambience and general attitude of one or two staff.

A cashier’s check would be sent to you to enable you carry out your assignment. You will cash the check and use the money to carry out your assignment. Please note that, you are to deduct your commission of $500.00 from the funds received, while the balance would be used to complete the task.
