In line with our company's policies to meet specific schedule, we have rounded up the recruitment exercise (Ref: PLP-UK17-RC-330). We aim to strengthen our team by filling certain vacant positions with this recruitment exercise that has been ongoing for weeks now. A very direct but intelligent recruitment method was adopted by our HR team. This method allowed qualifications, references, confidence, cleverness, willingness to learn and other key factors speak for you along with your answers to our application questions. Our comprehensive policy of equal opportunities in employment, in which individuals are selected and treated on the basis of their relevant merits and abilities and are given equal opportunities was also used. With this policy the right candidates were selected solely on merits. Factors such as age, nationality, gender, location, race etc. were not put into consideration during screening and selection process.
The exercise started by reviewing the applications from applicants for a particular position. Screening was then carried out to select the qualified applicants for each particular position. Thereafter, the most credible applicant, after comparing various resumes, qualifications, experiences and answers to our application form were shortlisted. The HR team carried out certain background checks on shortlisted candidates before reaching a final decision on successful candidates.
We are delighted to hereby inform you that you have been selected as one of the successful candidates for our job recruitment exercise- Congratulations. The recruitment team reached a conclusion that you are the best candidate to fill the vacant position you applied for (Ref: PLP-UK17-RC-330). Since a face to face interview was not deemed necessary for this recruitment exercise, your probationary period will be thoroughly scrutinized and proper training will be done to make sure you are up for the task at hand. Cost of any training for you will be taken care of by management.
Attached to this email is an employment contract/agreement approved by management and co-signed by our senior legal adviser. You are required to review this employment contract carefully and if you find the terms and conditions stated therein favourable, kindly print out the employment contract, write down your name and signature in the space provided at the last page of the employment contract after which you are required to scan and send back to us via e-mail attachment or fax. As soon as we receive the signed copy of your employment agreement, all necessary recruitment proceedings will commence.
These proceedings include registration of accommodation, bank documentation processing, travel plans, acquiring your travel/immigration documents (which includes flight ticket) and other supportive and relevant documents before finally delivering all documents (flight ticket and hard copy of employment contract inclusive) to your home address as we anticipate your arrival to the United Kingdom for resumption on the expected date in the contract.
