The scammer calling himself Capt Joe Moses has many job advertisements online, similar to this:
The following is an example of the email he sends to anyone who replies. He also has another version in which he offers jobs for the Edmiston Yacht Compnay:

There are no real jobs on offer. It is a scam leading to a fake fee for travel documents. The scammer will steal all money which is sent, and no real employment or documents will be available to anybody.
A similar email to the following one is also sent by the scammer calling himself Captain Bill Cole:
