In order to commence the processing of your Work Permit and Residence/Entry Visa to the UAE, you have to send/complete the applicant Work Permit and Residence/Entry Visa application form.

Return to us as scanned Email attachments, along with the below identification documents:


1) Data page of International passport

2) Filled visa/work permits application form

3) A passport sized photograph

You have to complete the registration form and send along-with per-requisite

Government/Immigration charges below:

A) visa/Resident and Work permit : ------------=-------------- USD 400.00

B) Immigrant Expatriate Clearance Exercise Certificate : -----USD 1,050.00

C) Entry Clearance/Courier Dispatch Fee:-------------=---------USD 350.00

Amount:............................1,800 USD for (Single Status) / AED 6,580

Amount:...........................2,950 USD for (Family Status) / AED 10,850

Note: For the Family Status Processing fee, You will have to pay the sum of USD 2,950 and this will cover for you and your entire family, You are also required to send the scanned passport data page copies/photos of all your family members to us via E-mail.

Based on your Employer's Expatriate policy, The employee is entitled to personally pay the processing fee for the Residence Visa /Work permits papers, which is USD 1,800 for single status applicant, OR if you are coming with your family, you are advised to make the payment of USD 2,950 for the family status application fee, which basically covers you and your entire family.

You are Kindly required to send the above fees strictly via Al Ansari,Xpress Money OR Money-Gram to the attention of the processing officer.

We opt for the use of Al Ansari,Xpress Money OR Money-Gram, as a means of payment, because this is the easiest and the most effective way to receive money within a short period of time, especially with the urgency attached to the processing of your Application.

The originals of the work permit and residence/entry visa with all the hard copies of your documents will be couriered to your forwarding address once process is completed,

Kindly indicate your preferred postal address while reverting with the work permit and residence/entry visa requirements.

NOTE: We have a mandate to procure your papers within a stipulated time and this is in line with our procurement policy, Therefore ensure you submit all requirements for a quicker and uncomplicated processing as we have a mandate from your sponsor/Employer to complete the process within (10) Ten working days and do not keep appointments more than 6 working days after first contact.

Once you send us back the filled Work Permit and Residence Visa Application form, we will provide you with the Al Ansari,Xpress Money OR Money-Gram Payment details to transfer the processing fee.

It will take approximately 10 days to complete the process.

We will also send you the Air ticket to fly from your Current Location to Abu Dhabi after the process is completed.

The Air Ticket will be provided by your Employer DUBAI AL SAMAH PETROLEUM-United Arab Emirates. ).
