I would point out that $200 would be an extraordinarily large amount to pay a mystery shopper per assignment, and although it's conceivable there might be an especially valuable assignment that might pay that much once in a great while, it is not conceivable that such an assignment would be let out to an "interested person" for whom they didn't even have the basic contact info listed above. So it must be just an excuse to launder a phony check, wire xfer, or other instrument.
