Eware Technologies 497/5 Phase 5 Udyog Vihar done Fraud

Hi,
Mrs Shalu Sharma,Rajeev Nagpal and Siddharth Sharma owners of eware technologies 497/5 Phase 5 Udyog Vihar Gurgaon Haryana India done a Fraud with me.They have not given my Refundable Security,Salary and Stipend a total of Rs 1 Lakh 70 thousand.I have even loged my complaint to Police station Phase 2 Udyog Vihar Gurgaon Haryana India and also write to Labour Commissioner Haryana Chandigarh but nor the Police is replying and nor taking any action against them nor the Labour Commissioner is giving any details.Please help me what can I do.Iam fed up from these Police System and Labour Department Of India.
