No one can just arrive in the UK from outside EU and take a job because they would like to do so. Remember that all visa applications are carried out by the Border Agency who use their own agency to grant visas. Any one who says they are a lawyer, or some sort of specialist who can bypass the procedure and give you a visa is a scammer.
