It's 100% scam. Standard money laundering/check mule "job." This is the type of "job" that will land you in jail.

I have also received this email today. I recently signed onto Jobsite.co.uk looking for employment, how are we able to recognise real or false offers? This was the sender [email protected] on behalf of Cally Hoover ([email protected])and she said 'I am a director executive of WIRRAL Employment agency

There's a post here viewtopic.php?f=34&t=44 on the subject of what to look out for.
In short, there are no genuine jobs banking checks and sending the proceeds on. There's also the two free email addresses which you wouldn't expect for a large employer.

Hello everybody

I also received an e mail, that prompt me within 24 hours to complete a form that looked like a C.V with all my personal detailes, education, previous jobs and why i left them. This application form numbered 2 pages. At the end of the first page there was the name of a company named MWines Company © 2004-2011 and at the end of the second page the name was altered to MSpirit Company © 2004-2011. Consequently: 1) no serious company urges anybody to fill a form and decide in 24 hours time an 2) the name in the form was altered. What is more, no such wine exporter exists as my google search approved. Not to mention the email:
[email protected] which remebmers of a personal rather than a company e mail account

So it IS A SCAM !!!

:yikes:

Hi, just joined.
I'm British and living in Zadar Croatia. I recieved this mail few days ago, seemed too good to be true. Today they sent another, an application form for the position here.....oh and there might have to use my account to transfer money. Got to be a scam right?

Here is a copy of mail from The Morava wine Company

Thank you for your interest in our Sales Representative vacancy. Read a small job description:
When our company was founded in 2004 we were going to sell only Czech wine, but at the moment we are vending wines and spirits from 47 world countries. Our main office is situated in Prague, but we run offices in Russia, USA, and Australia.
During the previous couple of months there was many orders for our liquors from Croatia markets, restaurants, and inns. For that reason we decided to employ a couple of sales managers to work for our organization in Croatia. If you become a member of our organization your main duty as a sales representative will be to deal with already existing customers and expand our market and search for new customers also. The office will be opened in Zaddar in the beginning of September, but you’ll probably have to visit it only once a month in order to submit the reports. For the rest of the time you will contact them using phone and by e-mail. But we decided to start employing the managers now so that by the time the office opens we can have a fully trained team. So I don’t think there should be a problem if we start your trial with us being situated here in Czech Republic and you being in Croatia.
For the first month you will be provided with some training which will be carried out probably personally by me, I will be on the phone with you practically every day, and you will try to start working as well, you will try to start taking orders from our customers and sometimes you might even deal with finances if the order will be successful. The thing is that sometimes there are some situations when there is an urgent order, but it takes more than 5 working days to complete an international bank transfer. So sometimes it is easier when a client sends the payment straight to our local representative, and the representative sends it to us by one of the money transfer systems. For these purposes, corporate bank account will be opened for you as soon as we open the office. Before that time you might be asked to receive some minor payments to your account. As well as that you will need to read
some literature about wines and spirits. I will send you the literature as soon as we start working with you. As well as that we will provide you with login and password for the corporate e-mail address for you to lead the correspondence with our clients from Croatia. So if you are interested in a trial please read the Employment Agreement attached to this letter, sign it and send it back by e-mail. Our director will sign it here and send back to you within the next couple of days, so that we can start the trial ASAP.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to write me the e-mail and I will be glad to provide you with all the necessary information.

Best regards,
Michal Podgradski,
General Manager.

Yes it is a scam. No real business would ask you to deposit money into an account with your name on it for them, then send them a portion of the money.

They send you checks that are fraudulent, you deposit them, then send money to them. Once the check is found to be a fraud, the bank and the police will come after you for the fraud check. At the very minimum, you will have to make the check good. At the worst, you will be arrested and charged with fraud and forgery.

Do not respond to them anymore. If they send you something, either destroy it or take it to the police with the emails you have received and tell them how you got the check.

Please post the email address you have received emails from this scammer. Thank you for posting this information. The email address with help others who are searching to see if this is a scam.
