Domain irsg-limited.com appears to have been set up by the same criminals.
"Insurance & Regulation Group Services Ltd" is a legitimate financial services firm registered in the UK - linky: http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmBasi ... sid=193607 ... BUT this scam email is not from the legitimate firm.
I'm guessing that this scam will lead to fraudulent bank transfers rather than the otherwise simple fake check scam. The result will be the same though - the victims will end up out of pocket and owing money to their bank.

Leave Travel Assistance (LTA)

drawn in the respective block of two-years. An advance of 75% can be drawn before proceeding
on leave.
