Our client: Concorde International, LLC. www.concordeintl.com. The management and staff of Concorde International have reported some lapses in the services of the Western union locations in some locations around the AMERICAN CONTINENT, Canada and Europe. Their complaints were based on reports which their customers forwarded anonymously and Phone calls which were also made to the head office. The Western union locations were reported for evaluation for the following reasons:

(i) Slow services
(ii) Unbalanced exchange rate
(iii) Poor services
(iv) Rudeness to customers
(v) Excess charge


ASSIGNMENT PACKET:

Before any assignment, Resources needed would be mailed to you via UPS or USPS courier service containing either a check/money order which you are required to cash at your bank after which you would deduct your survey fee of $300 and proceed with the assignment with the remainder funds which you have been instructed to carry out. Step-by-Step Instructions for the first assignment will be provided to you via email so do check your email regularly for updates in being a secret shopper.

Note that your activities as a secret shopper should be kept "confidential", no third party should be involved.

I will like to inform you that your first assignment is to be carried in the new week. As I have earlier
informed you of the lapses in the services of western union as reported by CONCORDE
INTERNATIONAL, You are to evaluate a western union outlet nearest to you so we could find out
the exact location where the lapses are occurring. I do hope you will handle your first assignment in
a timely manner.

YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT

1) To make a transfer of funds from a Western union location closest to you to another Mystery
shopper in another Country, and the funds would be picked up by this Mystery shopper at the exact
location which a customer reported her funds stolen from.

2) You would have to record the time at which you go to the location and how many minutes it took
you to get service. You will be receiving payment in the form of certified cashier’s check via USPS
(United States Postal Service) which I believe you have received or will be receiving in the new
week, please be on the look-out for the USPS delivery man.

You are advised to cash the certified check at your bank the morning upon receipt but if you are not
able to so, do have it deposited, funds will be available to you in 24hrs after deposit is made to
complete the assignment, deduct $300 your survey fees for this assignment, and deduct another
