Dear Employee,
It is my pleasure to extend the following offer of employment to you on behalf of KLN KLEIN Product Development Inc. This is a Home based Position. All interractions will be via Webconferencing, Instant Messenger Medium (Yahoo, Windows Live, AIM, Skype).

Title: Payroll Assistant
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM sharp till 2pm.
Reporting Relationship: The employee will report directly to: Frank Lewis
Job Description involves but not limited to:
1. Handling the company's payroll right from HOME.
2. Coordinating and processing all activities relating to U.S. payroll to ensure an accurate and timely payroll via an internal administered payroll system.
3. Data Entry and Mail Handling
4. Process Employees payment; Create Employees check using certified check using Finance Management and Check Creation software like Quickbooks, Intuit, Paycycle and Versacheck.
5. Report Each day's activities to Frank Lewis.
Base Salary: Will be paid a monthly salary of $2000 which is equivalent to $24000 on an annual basis, and subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law or the policies of the company.
Bonus (or Commission) Potential: Effective upon satisfactory completion of the first 90 days of employment, and based upon the goals and objectives agreed to in the performance development planning process with your manager, you may be eligible for a bonus.
The bonus plan for this year and beyond, should such a plan exist, will be based on the formula determined by the company for that year.
Benefits: The current, standard company health, life, disability and dental insurance coverage are generally supplied per company policy. Eligibility for other benefits, including the 401(k) and tuition reimbursement, will generally take place per company policy. Employee contribution to payment for benefit plans is determined annually.
Personal Emergency Time Off: Personal emergency days are generally accrued per company policy. Earlier Notification is highly recommended.
Expenses and Reimbursement: You are required to buy the supplies needed for the position which is a total of $100. You will be reimbursed in two weeks upon providing a scanned copy of the purchasing receipt. We handle the mailings so you are not required to PAY for them.
Start Date: Immediate.
Car/Phone/Travel Expenses: Normal and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed on a monthly basis per company policy.
Your employment with KLN KLEIN Product Development Inc. is at-will and either party can terminate the relationship at any time with or without cause and with or without notice.
You acknowledge that this offer letter, (along with the final form of any referenced documents), represents the entire agreement between you and KLN KLEIN Product Development Inc. and that no verbal or written agreements, promises or representations that are not specifically stated in this offer, are or will be binding upon KLN KLEIN Product Development Inc..
