Hi Georgio,
My name is Ivan Milanov. I am living in Bulgaria and I also received the same scam. The problem is that I received it in reply to an ADV in a official ADV site like Job tiger. I have also send a letter to the BG Group PLC and received the same answer like yours. Unfortunately I sent them my personal data together with a copy of my passport before get suspicious about what happens. In this respect I have 2 questions:
1. Could you or some of the other users advise me how to spread this information in order more people in Bulgaria to know it's an Employment Scam and,
2. Can you advise me how to prevent scammers from using my passport/ID card?
Sincerely,
Personal information deleted for privacy and security. ~Bubbles

Welcome to ScamWarners navilim. It is good that you recognized that there was something wrong.

Regarding your Passport and Identification, there is really no way to get back something you send to another person on the internet. I do recommend that you contact the agency which issues passports and explain to them what happened to you. They may want to put a notice on your old number so that if anyone attempts to use it for some purpose, it will not go through. I would want to have a new passport issued to me.

Regarding getting the word out. If you have a newspaper you can write to that can be helpful in warning others. Possibly a radio or TV station would be interested in the information. Usually, unless you had a big loss, the news media is not interested.

It is really important to be careful putting your personal information out on the internet because people can and too often will use the information for no good.

Bubbles, former Scamwarners moderator.

Rest in Peace 24 June 2015.

Gone, but never forgotten.

Thanks to the existence of this discussion forum I didn't get scammed.
Found the job offer on a Romanian job search engine and applied for it.
Their answer was awfully fast and I took the bait, completed the Interview Form and forwarded it. Got the answer as quick as before, requesting me to sign a contract. So far so good.
After a quick Google search I found out that all of this is a scam.
I got the same messages as our college georgio_bg.
Anyway ... I would like to say that you shouldn't send signed papers or copies or your documents based to a email request from someone you don't know. Try talking on the phone or writing to their official address.
In the end, I would like to say thank you, to all of you that posted on this site. Be on a look out!!

Kind regards,
babuliu

Yes, I recived the same reference code of my "contract" with BG Group PLC.
They were too fast in respnding to my mail and that made me belive it's a scam.
I've sent emails to the real adress of the employer, but they haven't replied yet.
The diffrence is that now they use real names from the bord, but fake signatures, and a diffrent turism agency: The Ultimate Travel. This also smelt bad.
It's my first but I haven't send them any ID copies or anything like that, Just CV, and mail adress...

Regards
Someone like you.
