Yes, since you are currently in Saudi Arabia, western union money
transfer will be perfect for the payment. Regarding the stamping, we
will inform you on when to travel to your home country for the
stamping, or we can make an arrangement for you to received it in
Saudi Arabia.

Welcome to ScamWarners shandorva :D

Your offer of employment is a scam!

Firstly, the hospital site address they have given you, (saintrosehospital.net) is a copy of the true website which is strosehospital.org
As you can see from the details below, it has only been registered on the 13th of this month by someone in Ghana, West Africa.

The website williamsimmigoffice.com was only registered in May and appears to have been taken offline now. Presumably by aa419.org
The fake hospital site will disappear soon too.

I'm not big on USA work visas so I will not go into that subject but I'm sure one of our team that does know will be along soon.
I do know that government agencies do not take payment via Western Union. ;)

continuation..... I was confused why they didn't conduct an interview before giving me an offer letter immediately stating that I have to communicate in Oceanic Office for H1B Visa processing. On the following day I ask them that I know, before I will work in a state I should have a license and they reply me like this on my email:

Many thanks for your mail!

Every needed registrations and license will be acquired here in the USA as to enable you to work with us, it is not a major problem issue, it can be worked out later.

First of all you will have to read through the offer properly, make a print out copy, sign, scan and email it back to us, we also wish to bring to your notice that St Rose Hospital will be providing your flight tickets, also we have arranged for a 3 bedroom furnished apartment for your accommodation, which is also to be paid by the company. Any of your family member can also move with you to the USA, if you wish, because St Rose Hospital is providing flight tickets and accommodation.

Note: You have to understand that according to the US Immigration department law, employers are only eligible to provide only Work & Residence permit for its international employee/expatriates, and according to the same law, Work & Residence permit can not be approved without the employee having a valid H1B Visa (Employment visa), therefore, everything regarding your H1B Visa is your responsibilities, but St Rose Hospital will be liable to reimburse all expenses back to you before you travel down to the US, but you must complete the formalities with Oceanic Immigration Office immediately, as to enable us to start the approvals of your Work & Residence permit.

Right now you MUST get in touch with Oceanic Immigration Office through [email protected] make sure that your secure your employment visa (H1B Visa) in time, because without the prototype copy of your H1B Visa, St Rose Hospital can not be eligible to approve your work and residence permit.

We have already forwarded the hard copies of your contract documents to them, therefore, contact them now and complete all formalities, if you have already contacted them, make sure that you completes all formalities with them immediately, because we do not have enough time for delays.

I'm glad you recognized the scam before you lost money to it.

Unfortunately, the scammers are in Africa, and we aren't going to be able to catch them, but we can prevent them from successfully scamming others by (a) having this information available and (b) killing their fake websites. In this case, it looks like we have a couple of websites that need to die. Notice how a website that is supposed to be a hospital in California, and another that is supposed to be a US immigration site are both hosted in Africa!

If you have received emails from both websites, could you please post the headers that show their email addresses? That will help our site killers with the evidence they need to take care of these sites.
