Be constantly aware of any up-selling and promoting opportunities when they arise. Be fully trained, knowledgeable and confident about our product and services and ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times. Maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel to maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel. Maximization of sales and revenue for the hotel by maintaining a sales and service oriented attitude at all times. Promote in house revenue outlets on a consistent basis when receiving guest inquiries. Ensure the complete knowledge of all property management systems to be used in the Communications department to provide better and faster service to our guest and therefore ensure an increase in guest satisfaction ratings. Effect the fast and efficient monitoring and follow up of guest requests by consistently logging all incoming request in the Software System and ensuring that the Communications Runners have all the necessary information to serve the guest in a professional and cost effective manner. Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area to be able to assist with any guest-related request and inquiries that will be managed by the department. Ensure the Communications Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from customers, team members or other departments to improve Communications with our guest and throughout the entire organization. You will have excellent communication skills, be organized and have a passion for customer service with an eye for detail.

Day and Night Receptionists Front Office
Including with other job vacancy in our hotel, we are also looking for a Day Receptionist and a Night Receptionist to join our large Reception team of approx. 30 to help deliver excellent customer service to all of our guests. The main responsibilities of this role are to check-in / check-out guests, ensure that bills are correct on departure, allocation of rooms to guests and helping the Reception Supervisors ensure that all customer inquiries are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
It is essential that you are flexible in your working hours for this role, as the position is full time and operates on a shift basis (early 7am - 3pm / late 3pm - 11pm) 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Night Receptionist hours are from 10pm - 6am or 11pm to 8am. You will have a smart appearance and excellent communication skills are able to work calmly under pressure and maintain Hilton standards at all times. Ideally you will have a hospitality education and experience in working in a customer facing environment for larger 4/5 star hotels. I got as far as this before I knew for sure it was a scam:

Those numbers are redirect phone numbers. They look like UK numbers, but they are actually numbers that are forwarded to phones all over the world. No legitimate business in UK would have a phone number starting with 4470. Scammers who are not in UK use these numbers very frequently when pretending to be in UK.

Moving on into the letter:
-the writing is definitely African.
-the email addresses shown do not belong to the real UK home office
And, perhaps most importantly, UK currently is not accepting ANY applications for this category of work visa (general migrant). In other words, if you are not in the EU, there is no way you can get this type of job in UK--which means ALL offers for this type of job are fake. If you are in EU, then you don't need this visa anyway.

I'm just bothered right now because I sent them my personal data, educational background including my scanned international passport including my passport number and picture. What are they going to do with it? :cry:

The scammers ask for the info to make the scam sound more realistic to the victim. The next step would have been certain fees would have to paid by you for processing the paperwork. That's the reason they ask for it. The primary reason is the scammer/ s are trying to fleece your money. They will have no need of your details and I would not worry too much.
