This is to inform you that Dexter Evaluation Team is offering you a chance to be one of our Mystery Shoppers. We get paid to conduct surveys on other companies and act like customers in order to know how the staffs are handling their services in relation to their customers. We have recently been employed by Wal-Mart and Western Union to conduct a survey on their numerous outlets and if you decide to apply for this job, an assignment packet would be sent to you containing funds and necessary information needed to complete the evaluation.

Inside your assignment packet, you will b instructed on which appropriate Wal-Mart and Western Union outlet to visit and funds would be allocated to you to carry out the evaluation to either purchase products or required services after which you would write a comment on the staff's activities and give a detailed record of your experience.

Examples of details you would forward to us are:

How long it took you to get the services requested.
Smartness of the attendant
Customer service professionalism
Reaction of personnel under pressure
Ambiance/Outlook of the Shop/Outlet
Your comments and impressions

On most occasions you will be required to buy grocery worth of $50 at Wal-Mart that you may end up consuming for yourself. You will also be required to carry out a Western Union (evaluation) transaction by sending money back to us (funds needed will be included in your assignment packet). These will be part of your evaluation exercise. Once you have completed them and all necessary information sent to us, we will immediately contact Wal-Mart and Western Union and they would carry out their own duties in improving their services.

Due to the work pressure on our staffs, we hereby look for more workers to work for us in North America. If you think you have what it takes to join a fast-pace professional environment, then apply immediately via my E-mail: [email protected] as this position will be filled quickly, your identity would be kept confidential as the job states Mystery shopper.
