Welcome, alia! I'm glad you found us.
I had to read only the first lines to realise this is a scam.

This is not a phone number from the UK. Like all numbers beginning with +44-70 .....it belongs to a phone service which re-directs your call to anywhere in the world, that is, to the scammer's cell phone.

You need to stop all contact with this criminal. Just ignore him, and he will go away.

Unfortunately, it is a scam.

First of all, there is no such thing as an Affadavit of Guarantee for foreign workers. The scammers will have you pay "fees" for this fake document. In reality, you are handing the money over to the scammers, and will never see it again.

Phone numbers that start with 44-70 are not real UK phone numbers. They are redirect phone numbers that can be forwarded to phones all over the world. Scammers in other countries, often Africa and Malaysia, use these numbers when they are pretending to be located in UK. The phone calls really go to their cell phones.

The English tells me that this was not written by someone from UK. The specific mistakes in English tell me this is most likely an African scammer.

Hi alia abdel halim aly. The short answer is yes. The phone number has been used in a previous scam and clearly seen on the page viewtopic.php?f=34&t=11273&p=36130
viewtopic.php?f=26&t=13567 gives a full explanation about these 4470 re-direct numbers.
I won't go into specifics but there are glaring errors contained within the scam email and you would be doing yourself a monumental favour by ceasing all contact with the scammer/s with immediate effect.
Thankyou for posting the story because others conducting a search will now be less likely to get fleeced.
