Please read carefully, if you need any clarification, email me immediately. Funds for your first assignment was delivered via UPS yesterday . Below is the procedure to complete this assignment;
STEP 1:
The cashier check is to be cashed at your BANK ALONE for us to pay tax on it. If it's not cashed at the bank, you may be liable to incur the tax costs.
STEP 2:
Deduct the sum of $300.00(Three hundred dollars) from the total. This breaks down to $100 per survey x 2 surveys, $50 for gas and transportation around the locations to be evaluated and $50 for purchases to be made at Walmart.( Goods bought are not returned or mailed to anyone, they're yours so buy what you do need, under or equal to 50USD )
STEP 3:
You have been invited to run an evaluation assignment, comprising of two surveys. This assignment has been put together to be completed at 2 Locations,The First Location would be at the closest Walmart location in your area.The objective of this assignment will be to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of its customer service, to customers buying goods in the region of $50.
1) General Customer service
2) The General Sanitation level
3) How long the transaction took?
4) Any other area you think Walmart/Western Union should improve on?
5) The General Sanitation level?
6) How clean was the rest room?
7) Would you return to that particular store?

SECOND EVALUATION LOCATION AND INSTRUCTIONS LISTED BELOW:
Locate the nearest Kroger or stand alone Western union point. We have received poor reports of this service from your city The objective of this assignment will be to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the payment system called "WESTERN UNION" which must be available in the location you choose. Our Clients in Philippines have made complaints about this service when sending money to Philippines.
Reports in your city range from:
* Slow and Poor Customer services.
* High Transfer charge.
* Customers have reported their money missing
* Slow service
* Any other area you think Western Union should improve on.
NOTE: The remaining funds after you have deducted your $300(three hundred) would be used to complete this survey.

*Walk into a "WESTERN UNION" as a potential customer, you are required to make use of the Money Transfer service called "Money in Minutes" to make a Western Union Money Transfer to the evaluating Officer in Philippines.
