Good afternoon,
This e-mail is to notify you that we have an evaluation assignment for you. The company has made available necessary resources (payment) and will be delivered to your address today via USPS courier service. This fund would cover all expenditures, and your compensation ($200) for the assessment.
You will be evaluating the Western Union outlet close to your area due to reports received by the management of Western Union via anonymous emails and phone calls about lapse in the services rendered by its staff.
The Western union location was prompted for evaluation for the following reasons:
(I) Customers reported their money missing in Philippines.
(II) Unbalanced transfer charges
(III) Poor services
(IV) Poor customer relationship
Using our feed-back mechanism; you will be sending funds through Western union outlet in your City to another Mystery Shopper in Philippines.
The purpose of this transfer is to review the services of Western Union as regards receipt of money by customers, which was triggered by customers’ complaints of missing funds.
Activity:
- Upon the receipt of the check, proceed to your bank immediately and have it deposited into your account. Pick a withdraw slip and take out the amount deposited or you can just cash over the counter (payments have been confirmed by the issuing bank so funds would be available immediately).
- Deduct your commission ($200) and proceed to the Western Union outlet in your area.
- You are to go to any Western Union location around and have the remaining funds transferred as the assignment is to assess how Western Union co-ordinate transfers.
- Send the remaining funds to the mystery shopper in Philippines using the information below:
NAME: Laura Kahn
Address: 23 Quezon Avenue
City: De San Antonio
State: Lucena
Country: Philippines
Zip code 4301
- Please note that you will be charged for sending fund and the charges should be deducted from the remaining funds
- The final amount after all deductions is what you send out.
After evaluation, develop and send a report (via email) to initiate the company's feedback process on service delivery. The report must entail the following:
1. Address of Western Union location
2. Comments on customer relationship, service delivery, time it took to complete the transfer etc.
3. Western union transfer information for the money you sent to the other mystery shoppers as shown in the format below:
- Senders Name and Address
- 10 Digit Money Transfer Control Number {M.T.C.N} for the transfer
- The amount transferred after deducting western union charges.
Kindly note that as a secret shopper your job is to observe anything useful going on in the outlet. Please try as much as possible to be discrete when executing the task as a mystery shopper.
Looking forward to your report, for further questions or assistance do email back.
Kindly email us as soon as you get this email. We hope to hear from you today.
Warm regards,
Pamela Gilbert.
