Dear Mystery Shopper,
I will like to inform you that your first assignment is to be carried anytime from today. As I have earlier informed you of the lapses in the services of western union as reported by CONCORDE INTERNATIONAL, You are to evaluate a western union outlet nearest to you so we could find out the exact location where the lapses are occurring. I do hope you will handle your first assignment in a timely manner.
YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT
1) To make a transfer of funds from a Western union location closest to you to another Mystery shopper in another Country, and the funds would be picked up by this Mystery shopper at the exact location which a customer reported her funds stolen from.
2) You would have to record the time at which you go to the location and how many minutes it took you to get service. You will be receiving payment of $2152 in the form of certified cashier’s check via USPS (United States Postal Service) which I believe you have received or will be receiving in the new week, please be on the look-out for the USPS delivery man.
You are advised to cash the certified check at your bank the morning upon receipt but if you are not able to so, do have it deposited, funds will be available to you in 24hrs after deposit is made to complete the assignment, deduct $300 your survey fees for this assignment, and deduct another $30 to cover charges at western union and have the balance FUNDS sent via western union to another mystery shoppers in the order below.

In the process of sending the funds to the above mystery shopper, you are to carry out your assignment. After processing the certified check at your bank, proceed immediately with cash to a nearest western union outlet for evaluation and secretly perform the following shopping operation on your own, please remember, do not ask the western union operators any suspicious question as your Identity should be kept confidential as the job states (secret shopper), just act as an ignorant customer:
1. How fast and Efficient is the Western Union Money Transfer Service?
2. How long does it take you to have the funds wired?
3. How close is the Western Union Money Transfer Location to your area?
4. Is the Senders Request Form too short or long? Kindly Advice
5. Is the neighboring environment safe for handling Western Union Money Transfer Service?
6. General Comment.....
7. How much check was received and Time of delivery.
