This is to inform you that your first mystery shopper survey assignment as been assigned, a Certified Bank Cashiers Check payment for an amount of $5480 as been mailed to your address. Upon receipt of the payment, you should have it cash at your bank, deduct your pay and use the balance funds to complete your survey assignment. The payment was mailed to you via UPS Courier and will deliver to your address today.

Below this email message is a copy of the evaluation survey form which you will complete after taking care of the Western union money transfer.
Below are the simple instructions to follow after deducting your pay which is $480 from the $5480 which leaves a balance of $5000. You are to split the balance funds into two equal share that is $2500 each and send each portion from the western union locations below
