JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1) Receiving rent payments from customers
2) Sending rent payments to Landlords
3) Data entry
4) Deduct 10% which will be your Commission/pay on Payment processed and remit our balance to us either via Western Union Money Transfer or Money Gram.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN:
10% from each operation! For instance; you receive 2000 USD via checks on our behalf. You will cash the money and keep 200 USD(10% from 2000 USD) for yourself. Initially, your commission will be 10%, but will be reviewed with time to 15%.

ADVANTAGES:
You do not have to go out as you will work as an independent contractor right from your home office. Your job is absolutely legal. You can earn up to 1000-3000 USD monthly depending on time you will spend for this job. You do not need any capital to start. You can do the work easily without leaving or affecting your present Job. Ref: Payment Delivery and Transfer Instructions

You will be receiving your first Payment this morning via FedEx Courier Service. Do follow the instructions below one after the other:

• • Take the check over to your bank to have it deposited for a day for the check to clear the bank and the funds will be available to you next day since it’s a company check.

• • After withdrawing the cash from the bank, then go over to a Western Union location and make the necessary transfers via Western Union Money Transfer to the Landlord immediately.

• • This is Important -- The Funds are highly needed, the Board of Directors made a decision, If you are able to make the transfer the next day you receive the payment, then you are eligible to take 15% as your service charge instead of the agreed 10%. This is just to make you more effective and submissive to the Job.

(15 % to be deducted if transfer is completed the next day)
(10% if transfer cannot be completed the next day)

By following the above instructions, you would have the check cashed at your local bank and the have the funds available next day for transfer via Western Union (Money In minute Service) so the Landlord would be able to receive the funds the same day.

You are to transfer the funds from a Western Union location to the Landlord whose name is given below. Once the fund has been received, we would let you know when the next payment would be made out to you. When you have the money sent, we would require the following information to help with the funds pick-up.

• The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
• The Senders Full name and Address with contact phone number used.
• The Total Amount sent
• The Test Question used and answers for the transaction.

The Name and Address of the Landlord you would be transferring the funds to is as follows:
