We are in receipt of your response/answers to our Online Interview which we have conducted via the Assessment Form that was sent to you. Your response was found satisfactory by the Management of Macdonald Burlington Hotel. Oral Interview could not take place due to limited time frame, recruitment exercise was strictly on screened Resume/CV and response in our Assessment Form. On this note, we hereby congratulate you on the success of your application and as such we have attached to you the Contract Terms from the Macdonald Burlington Hotel for your perusal and digest.
Be Inform that two months’ upfront payment (Inclusive of all allowances & benefits) shall be paid in advance before your (employee) relocation to new job location. All payments of salary after assumption of duty in Birmingham shall be made in full to the salary account of the Employer, so as to enable our account officer come to your aid in which way you would like to receive your salary. This is in line with the British Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws in the hotel.
All England based Employees are to report personally to our Head Office in Birmingham City, England with their documents including Contract Terms for identification, signing, and collection of hard copy of their contract documents. This is in line with the employee statuary law of England in compliance with the Employment Act.
However, Employees who do not have Visa, the Management of Macdonald Burlington Hotel will only carter for the cost of obtaining Visa, and Flight Ticket through the British Immigration Service. The Management of Macdonald Burlington Hotel will shoulder all cost relating to the procurement of the above mention documents. You are required to shoulder the cost of Residence Work Permit Papers processing with the Immigration Service Office here in UK.
In line with the British Employment Immigration Law and Control Employment Eligibility/Verification Procedures you are required to send the scanned copy of your signed Contract Terms and International Passport to the British Immigration Service for the processing of your Residence Permit, Work Permit and Visa. Mr. Arthur Cedric Chadwick will aid you in coordinating, liaison and correspondence between you and authorities such as embassies, consulates, local employment authorities with the registration, processing and procurement of documents and also compilation and analysis of documents according to legal requirements for swift approval.
After carefully going through the Contract Terms and you accept our offer, you are required to print out the last page, fill in your name and sign in the column that has been provided for you. You are required to send to us via scanned email attachment the last page of the Contract Terms with your name and signature attached. On receipt of your signed Contract Terms, your Appointment Letter will be processed and forwarded to you through our Human Resources Department.
