The eCareDiary.com scam is the same as the InfoTech Systems scam: (http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=11728)
(Do keep in mind that eCareDiary IS a legit company with a rating of A- on the Better Business Bureau website.)
Being unemployed for the past two years, I fell victim to this. I have my resume posted on Monster and WashingtonPost.com/Jobs and received an email from Raymond Jordan ([email protected]) that looked like this:
============================================================================================
Dear Applicant,
Congratulations! Our recruitment team has received your resume referencing the ad for Data Entry/Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk listed on http://www.washingtonpost.com . We are very pleased with your listed qualifications and would like to conduct an online interview to discuss the duties within the job, along with the pay scale. Your information has been forwarded on to the Head of Operations Manager, Mrs Brenda Song. She will be conducting the interview, via Yahoo Instant Messenger.
If you are still available and interested, please set up a screen name with Yahoo IM, if you don’t already have one, and add Mrs Brenda Song to your buddy list. Her screen name is [email protected]
Please be online at 09:00 a.m., on Monday morning(24th Of OCTOBER TO FRIDAY 20 OF OCTOBER ) for your interview.
If you have any questions, please feel free to send me an email.
Sincerely,
Raymond Jordan

Now there was 4 red flags with this email:
1) it was sent @ 4 o'clock in the morning
2) Brenda Song is an actress on the Disney Channel
3) no one does interviews via Instant Messenger
4) when I replied to the email, it bounced back because the account was deleted
... but naive me sets up Mrs. Brenda Song on my buddy list anyway. I logged on before 9am yesterday morning and a little bit later Mrs. Song logs on saying Good Morning and that she would like to email me a job description and questionnaire for me to fill out. It looked like this:

$15/hour plus benefits to a person who isn't working sounded great to me (5th red flag), so I filled it out and emailed it back to Mrs. Song. We continue our Instant Message conversation and she says some bullshit about her having to present my application to the board of directors and ask if I could hold on a few moments. I reply yes.
After I few moments I receive this response from Mrs. Song:
Congratulations......This is to confirm that you have been approved to be a staff of eCareDiary, having reached the requirements, passed the interview and recommended for the Job by the Board of Director on employment.
I was so happy, I almost fell out of my chair... even though my Spidey sense was tingling like crazy. She later sent me a company employment letter that looked like this:

Now again, I couldn't find anything wrong with Mrs. Song on the internet UNTIL I Google'd that first training task and came across this scam warning site (I was trying to see if I could find the answer to it online).
My dreams came crashing down after that... but as the story goes:
IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS!!!
Be on the lookout for this scam... and all you job seekers, keep you head up.
