Same scam, received November 1st, different apparent sender ([email protected]) but the real sender appears to be "[email protected]"

skymail.mn is based in Ulan Bator in Mongolia. "lrwallace.com" can be traced to a very remote location in South Australia, somewhere in the Outback.
