Without going into specifics, the wording and text is incorrect.
What does ther e-mail header tell you? Any of the IP numbers begin with 41?

If they have send you emails without you applieing to a job advert from them, then it is a scam! Hotels don't send out emails to people asking them if they want to work for them. Real hotels put up job adverts where people can apply for that job. The email address has a domain that is a free domain, a real hotel would never register a free domain, and would have a professional website, and with this domain there is no website.

Edit: You were posting more at the same time i was posting. Now that i see that online interview, it is even more proof of a scam. A real hotel would look for British people, not saying that they can hire everyone, only people from European countries can apply for jobs in the UK. For people from non European countries it's almost impossible to get a job in the UK.
