There are a few things that jump out at me about the website

1. It was only registered on 7/11/2011
2. It is only registered for one year
3. The address used to register it is incomplete and based on the postcode appears to be a residential property.
4. There is no contact details on the website except for an email address.

Could you post the headers of the email that you received, so that we can see if we can work out where the person who contacted you is based.
