Homeworth properties,is an online company that acquires and lease properties.With over 10,000 rentals in over 40 countries worldwide act as the driving force of our company. The company is growing dynamically and its formation is ongoing, at this particular moment we are expanding our business area and increasing the number of property units in our database. For this reason, we are widening our network of real estate agents and this is an opportunity for u serve as Payment Receiving Agent,PRA in our account department from home.
We're constantly on the lookout for great people who are flexible with their time and can spend a few minutes on a part-time job in their regular daily schedule and still earn.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
1). Sending rent payments to Landlords
2). Receiving rent payments from customers
3). Data entry
4). Completion of payment process
HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN?
10% from each operation! For instance; you receive 2000 USD via checks or direct bank deposit on our behalf. You will cash the money and keep 200 USD(10% from 2,000 USD) for yourself as your agent's fee. Once again, your commission will be 10%.
ADVANTAGES
This is a part-time work which will not clash with your daily schedule. You can earn up to 1,000-3,000 USD monthly depending on time you will spend for this job. You do not need any capital to start. You can do the Work easily without leaving or affecting your present Job.All that is required of you is to display honesty,reliability and ability to follow instructions.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
18 years or older
legally capable
Responsible
ready to work 3-4 hours per week
Able to check and respond to emails often
Easy telephone access.
