Welcome to ScamWarners Clarebear and thank you for posting this information. This is NOT a phishing email. This is just a scam.

We don't ask email providers to shut down scammer's email accounts because then we lose the "handle" we have on him. If the email provider closes down the email address, much of what is posted here is of no use.

The other issue is it doesn't even slow the scammer down, they can set up another email addount in one or two minutes. Some already have back up email accounts knowing this will happen. They keep information about their victims so they don't really lose anything. We end up being the loser, so future reference, please do not try to get scammer email accounts closed. Thank you. :D
