This is to confirm your employment with UK Families Limited A as an Office Assistant under the
following terms and conditions:
Employment Status: Contract
Employment Contract Duration: 3years
Starting Date: February 27, 2012
Salary Rate per Month: £2500
Hours of Work: You are requiring working 5days a week, from 9am till 5pm with an hour’s lunch break.
Termination of Employment: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Employee’s
employment shall terminate on the death of the Employee and may be terminated by the Company,
as follows;
(a) In the event of Employee unable to meet up with His/her WORK PERMIT FEE which will not
be covered by the company Sponsorship as it would be required by the United Kingdom Border
Agency Visa Bureau Home Office before formal approval of entire Travelling Documents as mandated
for all NON-EEA immigrants aspiring or willing to live and be eligible to work in United Kingdom,
employee would be disqualified and employment contract will be withdrawn without further delay or to
carry out any proper direction by the company with respect to the services to be rendered hereunder
or the manner of rendering such services, wilful misconduct in the performance of his duties
hereunder, or conviction of a crime involving moral turpitude. The Company will only shoulder for the
below sponsorship whiles the employee will only shoulder for his or her Work Permit fee which is the
lowest cost of all the entire processing of successful applicant travelling documents.
Company Sponsorship for successful applicant is as follow:
i. Free Employee Visa
ii. Free Flight Ticket
iii. Paid Vacation
iv. Free Accommodation
v. Medical/Retirement Insurance.
Your employment is subject to the conditions that you will perform faithfully your duties pertaining to
the job which you have been hired.
It is also understood that the company has the exclusive right to terminate you services if the exigency
of the business so requires or if in sole judgement of the company you fail to meet the standards of
qualifications.

It is also agreed that your contract will be subjected to the Company's rules and regulations,
ignorance of the contents of the set policies does not excuse you from being reprimanded.
It is also understood that you are not allowed to seek freelance or contractual employment with other

back to us within the next 2 working days of receiving. Agreement Letter that arrive within the
stipulated time given will be rejected automatically and also will make applicant to forfeit his or her
chance of been consider employment with our firm.
