We have giving your number to him he will call you to make arrangement when you can come and pick up the keys s you can start you job before we arrived as he said the house need a repair and need tidy up.

All information you need about the area the landlord will give you all the details but he told me from yours to the apartment is about 8 miles.

So i will like you to supervise the repairer properly and we will send some money to you by weekend which include a week wages of £320 and £80 which that will include over times when needed for the week as you will be supervising the repair and pay them when the job is done which information will be giving on their pay and keep the receipt we will take it from you on arrival.

The landlord have get the repairer so when you meet her she will talk to you more better and all you need is to supervise them and tidy the apartment after everything have been repaired and your contract paper for the job will be sign when we arrive is we need you for a very long time as you aware we having a baby next month.
