You are advised to deposit the Money Orders at your Bank this morning upon receipt and withdraw the cash, then deduct your $200 commission.You will be evaluating Western union. After deducting your commission, You would be left with what would be used in the transaction at the Western Union.You are to make a transfer of funds from ANY Western Union location to another mystery shopper at the exact location where another customer also reported their funds stolen from.
VENUE FOR THE ASSIGNMENT:
Western Union Location Close To You. (Do send us the address and agent name)
Type of Transfer: *Money In Minutes*
You are to ensure that you observe the following.
1)The name of the cashier that attended to you.
2)Your time of arrival at the venue.
3)Your time of departure.
3)How long the transaction took.
4)What you feel about the customer service.
5)Any other area you think Western Union should improve on.
6) Money Transfer Control Number and total amount sent after the deduction of the charges.
NOTE: All this should be kept unknown from the cashier.
