It is a scam.

There are several things that tell me this, including the English in the first paragraph which is clearly not British, and the fake "online interview" (which is not something a real company does). A quick search shows me that scammers have been using the Tesco supermarket name for a while now.

In addition, UK is very restrictive as to when visas are allowed, and jobs for a supermarket company would not qualify for a visa.

Also Tesco's is a massive business here and there are far more than one Tesco's Extra store in London alone. They do recruit on line but it is only on their own website. Being a very successful business and with the work situation in the UK they would not be advertising for workers from oversea's, and they certainly wouldn't be offering to sort out a visa for anyone.
