This has got to be a scam,the grammar is dodgy and after googling "Stephen James inc" there are sites where his name with this e-mail address comes up as a scammer.

stevenjames.com is registered for ten years, which is unlikely for a scam site, but the return address is different and belongs to the scammer.

That's why I said that "his name with this e-mail address" comes up as being a scammer,so as he's not to be confused with the legitimate Stephen James.
