This is a Nigerian scammer who lives in India. There is no job and he doesn't represent Harrington Hotel or have any jobs in Maruti Suzuki.
All he wants is to steal money for his fake visa or work permit or any other expenses. He sends a bunch of documents to fill, just to give credibility to his scam.
