After reading that I googled them and saw tran construction on the Better Business Bureau and this is what they said

Recently some consumers contacted BBB stating they received emails about a job offering from that lead them to a website using the name Tran Construction, LLC. BBB's research indicates the website is registered to an individual out of South Africa and the job offer does not appear to be genuine.

On March 7, 2012 BBB contacted Trans Construction and the owner, Mr. Han Tran, indicated that he is not affiliated with Tran Construction, LLC or the website. Mr. Tran further indicated to BBB that his company's identity has been stolen.

Consumers who receive an email are advised to delete it and not respond.
