It's a scam, it is not possible to apply for a visa to the UK by email. You can only apply for visas at the UK Embassy in your country.

Can you also provide the email address that the above was sent to you from as that will be further proof that it is a scam (legitimate emails from the UK visa service would come from a .gov.uk email address)
