How are you doing today, Good i guess? I am in search of dependable individual with a high pedigree to help me handle my Business errands. Do take time to go through this introductory mail and feel free to pass any questions on.

I am Garry Dienstag by name a very busy man with so many tasks and responsibilities . I am out of the country at most times so I am looking for someone who can handle my personal business/errands at his/her spare time when am away. The job am offering isn't really tasking. It can be done at your own conveniences:


YOUR DUTIES AS MY PERSONAL ASSISTANT.
While I am out of the states,I need some one who can stand in the gap for me.His/her duties will be:

-To receive letters and mails on my behalf.

-Receive Payments from clients who might want to delay payments because they feel i'm out of town,

-Schedule appointments for me.

-Book my flight tickets. Send letters and mails from my clients.

- someone to Shop for Gifts, Sit for delivery (at your home) or pick items up at nearby POST OFFICE.

I would have really loved to meet up with you to talk about this job but I am currently in NSW, AUSTRALRIA on another bussines trip. So never mind their won't be any formal interview per say. I will prepay you in advance to do my shopping. I will also have my mails and packages forwarded to your address. If you will be unable to stay at your house to get my mails, I can have it shipped to a post office near you and then you can pick it up at your convenience. When you get my mails/packages; you are required to mail them to where I want them mailed to. You don't have to put money out of your pocket, all you have to do is have packages shipped to your house and do my shopping. You are allowed to open the packages to reveal its content. The content of the packages are computer and electronics, clothing business and personal letters.

All expenses and taxes will be covered by me. I am willing to pay $1,500 USD,and you shall get paid every month which is $1,500 USD. Your services are needed because I am constantly out of town, I own an Art Gallery in Australia, so I am not usually in the country. If not for work; for pleasure. I will be back to states on 30th of sept 2012,so this process will be going on till then. If you don't mind, I will meet up with you when I return and then we can talk about the possibility of making this long term. Well, let me know if you are able to handle the position..If you are able to handle it. I will email you the list and pictures of what to shop for when I am ready. No heavy packages is involved! You can do the shopping at Sears, Walmart, Bestbuy, Circuicity, Oldnavy and other stores. You will be shopping for Electronics and clothing s. I will provide you my UPS,DHL,FEDEX account number for Shipping. All you have to do is provide my account number to
UPS,DHL,FEDEX and shipping charges will be applied into the account. I will provide clear set of instructions for each task I need done as well the funds to cover them. This position is home-based and flexible part time job,you can be in any location you will be working from your home doing all the activities. All you need do is to check you emails twice daily and keep your phone on most times in case I might need to call you from anywhere I may be.I do have a number of things you could help me with this week if you will be available to start.This can act as a stable foundation to our working relationship.Let me know if you have any of the office equipment (If not),I will make arrangements to send them to your address
