This is an example of what is becoming an increasingly common employment scam, the "Mystery Shopper!". There are legitimate organizations out there which employ people to evaluate customer service but this is most definitely not one of them.
Here's what will happen. The scammer will send a fraudulent payment, be it a fake check or a by account flashing to the victim. The scammer will direct the victim to use the funds to assess the service of western union or moneygram but keep a small percentage for themselves. In reality the victim will be sending the cash back to the scammer or one of his accomplices. Eventually the victim's bank will discover that the original payment was fraudulent and will come looking to the victim to repay the entire amount. Ignore all employment offers of this type.
