What Are Your Strengths and Weaknesses?
xxx: I would say I handle conflict well and have gained a lot of patience. My strengths would be I can always see both sides to things and find a mediation of things to end both good and bad for both parties. I would also say that I do not just see the bad in things. My biggest weakness in handling conflict is my personal baggage i take from it that effects life away from work. I try to always stay positive and i enjoy helping people who need it.
