We are great family living in UK London,a business man and my wife is also a business woman,we are seeking the service of an AU PAIR Nanny, Chef, Gardner,House Help from any country that can speak English ,caregiver who can take good care of my kids,and a experience driver with driving license .Accommodation is free with free feeding ,internet browser?The contract is for 2 to 5 years ,if you are interested.

The terms and conditions of the job are as follows since you have
already complied with your RESUME\CV then ready this TERMS CAREFULLY:

You will be required and expected to work for approximately 50 hours
per week (10 hours/day Monday to Friday). Saturdays and Sundays will be
your off day,
We will like to offer you the total amount of 3500pounds per month and
an additional 200pounds for weekly allowance for all our workers(driver
and nanny)..

I am willing and ready to pay you both the sum of

NANNY: £3000 Monthly (weekly allowance £150)

PERSONAL DRIVER: £3500 Monthly (weekly allowance £200)


Start Date and Period of Employment:
You are expected to resume duty as soon as you arrive here and all
applicants need to be here as soon as possible. So since you have chosen to work

Discipline

Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:

(1 Causing a disruptive influence in the home is prohibited.

(2) Job incompetence is not allowed.

(3) Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to our interests.

(4) Unreliability in time keeping or attendance.

(5) Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.

(6) Theft or other dishonest offenses will be dealt with.

(7) Drunkenness not allowed.

(8) Illegal drug taking prohibited.

(9) Child abuse or neglect highly prohibited.

In the event of a need for disciplinary action, the procedure will be:

First - a verbal warning.
Second - a written warning.
Third - dismissal without need for further notice. Reasons with would give rise to summary dismissal would be:

NOTE: That any Activities of improper conduct will also be our concern
too, you will be highly required to be of your best behavior (in or
outside) as you work for us to protect our good name and yours also.


Travel documents processing fee:
We family are helping you with 50 to 60 percent out of the travel
documents expenses because i really understand the situations going on
over there in your
country thing are not that easy to handle the full payment your self,
but remember i do not accept salary Deductions or get documents before
payment of even fly now and pay later. So if you know that you really
accepted my help and also willing to complete the balance then can you

Vacation
You will have 3 weeks paid vacation after 9 months of work. Vacation must be negotiated however, well in advance.
