We are a lovely family and am here with my wife and also with my 2 lovely kids.and their names are Obed and Joy and right now we need a loving, energetic, fun, creative, responsible and proactive nanny and housekeeper and also a Driver. Previous childcare experience and confidence in sole care is essential. We'd love you to be a bright spark of inspiration and love for our baby Boy, to be proactive, think on your feet and a good at engaging her heart and mind in play and developmental learning.
You and your role...
Childcare to be your own personal style but must include creative play/development, outdoor activities and happy juggling
with her! Also very loving and calm, but firm and consistent with boundaries. Cooking for her also needed.
Proactive domestic support appreciated when time allows such as general kitchen clearing, dealing with washing loads and
ironing.
Natural ability to co-create positive, open and honest relationships.
Driver with own car essential due to our rural location.
Minimum 40 hours per week. Occasional over time and flexibility preferable.
Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience.
SALARIES AND WAGES
NANNY: £3100 Monthly weekly allowance £120
PERSONAL DRIVER: £3400 Monthly weekly allowance £150
FAMILY DRIVER: £2,700 Monthly weekly allowance £130
HOUSE KEEPER: £2,850 Monthly weekly allowance £140
Start time – ASAP, minimum 3months

Subject: TERMS AND QUESTIONS
The terms and conditions of the job are as follows:
You will be required and expected to work for approximately 40 hours per week (8 hours/day Monday to Friday). Every weekend, will be spent with your family or anywhere as you would have the weekends off.
You will be paid an amount of (650pounds) per week in arrears and an additional 100pounds for weekly allowance for all our workers(driver store keeper). Additional hours (Overtime) will be paid at a rate that we may agree between ourselves from time to time.

Discipline
Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:
Causing a disruptive influence in the HOME is prohibited.
Job incompetence is not allowed.
Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to my interests.
Criminal Convictions Certificate - Do you have a Criminal Convictions Certificate? (Police check)
Experience - Do you have experience with children the same age as mine?
Activities - What activities and projects will you do with my children? What arts and crafts do you plan? Are your favourite activities free or expensive?
Smoker - Are you a smoker, and if so will you only smoke off duty?
Situations - What would you do in this or that situation? Make up some unusual scenarios to test her.
Swimming - Do you swim and will you be taking my children swimming?
Hobbies - What are your hobbies and do you play any musical instruments?
Discipline - What methods of discipline do you use and would you ever smack?
In the event of a need for disciplinary action, the procedure will be:
First - a verbal warning.
Second - a written warning.
Third - dismissal without need for further notice. Reasons with would give rise to summary dismissal would be:
NOTE: That any Activities of improper conduct will also be our concern too, you will be highly required to be of your best behavior (in or outside) as you work for us to protect our good name.
Accommodation/Feeding
As for your Accommodation and feeding, the Family offered free accommodation to you as well as feeding also.
processing fee:
You are expected to shoulder the processing fee of your visa and other necessary legal documents needed for your arrival
Vacation
You will have 3 weeks paid vacation after 4 months of work. Vacation must be negotiated however, well in advance.
