Due to heavy expansion intention, an international procurement service and logistics company is now looking for an aggressive, goal-oriented, and enterprising applicants to hold the above mentioned position. The main purpose of this role is to assist the procurement division in the continued development and implementation of their supply strategy. Applicants will work alongside a winning company who prides on having the highest standards in the industry. The position is responsible for adjusting close relationships with all managers including senior management to resolve shipping issues related to the purchasing department.
Responsibilities & Main Duties:Candidate must be able to:
- collaborate well in a team environment to ensure continuous production
- optimize a customer service network with regional distribution centers
- implement best in class infrastructure suitable to the scope of the business along with planning and strategic development
- analyze trends conditions for present pricing and delivery performance
- analyze trend and translate into new styles and develop effective marketing strategies
- go to vendor locations to acknowledge product assortment, assemble feedback, and analyze facts with the team
- interview potential new vendors in order to secure more bid-effective sources of products and services
- keep other necessary functions: accountable for communication; hiring employees; manage performance; address accusations and solve issues to ensure high performance results
The minimum: To do this work successfully, an applicant must be able to have each necessary duty satisfactorily. The abilities stated below are required:
- ability to supervise, instigate and empower the company's team to higher levels of fulfillment
- ability to communicate effectively under pressure
- must be proficient in computer, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- must be a detail-oriented, must be personable
- must have strong communication skills
- must be able to mark up performance
- Valid Driver's license is necessary
- a well disciplined person with the experience to work on your own initiative

- Base compensation plus pay-off
- No traveling is essential
