I'm unsure whether it's a scam. I did a search for Iris and the name does appear on LinkedIn and some other places. However, there was also a link to this site but I can't seem to access the topic here. Many thanks for any help.

There is an actual company, and the arrangement they are promoting is essentially MLM (multi-level marketing). In general, we are not big fans of MLM schemes, but most don't fit into the category of advance-fee fraud, which is what we deal with here. There are plenty of websites that address the issues wth MLM schemes, though, and a quick google should point you to some good explanations.

This person has just sent me an email saying exactly the same. I have a feeling this person has hacked into one of the job sites and obtained personal details. Is there anyway you can check. Thanks

On most employment sites anyone can buy the details of everyone who has entered their personal details for payment of a small fee. They don't need to hack it.

It's a sweet deal. You willingly give away your private information and they sell it to anyone with the cash. The realistic chances of anyone going through CV's looking for an employee is realistically zilch.

I have had the same email for this job opportunity from her over the last couple of days.
It seems that she ONLY works a couple of hours a day from around 7am onwards and is VERY ABUSIVE and she INSISTS that the job she is offering you IS REAL even though I know it is a SCAM. Please let everyone knows this is a scam and there is NO JOB but a way to CLEAR OUT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT and YOU IDENITTY.
She said to me TODAY that she will inform the JOBCENTRE regarding me and if I take her to court I WOULD BE A BAD PERSON for the rest of my life. ITIS HER WHO IS BAD BY RIPPING OFF PEOPLE. I am sorry about the tone and content of this message reply but I am outrage at the way scammers are treating people who are genuinely looking for employment LEGALLY.
