Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if this is a scam or not. I checked on Daniel McDonagh and I saw his profile in LinkedIn and he is really an HR in the same company. I was just wondering why he is using Gmail and not the company's IP address.Help please..anyone???
