Company Representative scams, Payment Processing scams and other Employment scams.
by someonemaybe Mon Jul 09, 2012 9:37 pm
I knew this sounded too good to be true. I just updated my employment profile on linked in and another job hunting website, and I got the below series of emails. After researching the company, I searched for "national employer database' and came across several other emails the same but different companys.

I have tried calling the number listed on the website in his signature and its a voicemail service. A google search of the address does not list the company in that building. It is also very unusual for an australian company to have health plans. So i Think this is a scam? Anyone else come across this?

About Customer Service Representative vacancy

Our clients are banks and telecom companies. They require us to provide them with the certified Customer Service Representatives. First of all, you will be provided with a training to cover all aspects of the platform operation and maximization. The training is remote (Skype + email + DVDs with interactive lessons + training website).

You will not need to attend any lectures or seminars. You will learn the platform right from your home via Internet and your supervisor will make sure that you cope with every task. It is online, so you will be studying from home using personal computer with Internet access. It will not cost you anything, this training is absolutely free.

At the end of the training you will receive an official certificate from Ausevro. It guarantees your further employment.

*****n, it doesn't matter that you are not in Kingston, ACT, where our company is located, because you will be trained remotely and after this training you will work for one of our clients which has back office right in your home area.

The office of our client (your future employer) will be located close to your home, so you won't have to travel at all.

When you decide to change the employer, Ausevro will always provide you with other vacancies in your area. We guarantee that you will have a good choice of employers and we guarantee successful job placement right after the training.

To sum it all up, Ausevro trains you remotely and sends to one of its clients. As the result you are employed by a bank or a telecom company with office near your home.

About training

- The training lasts for 15 business days, 1-2 hours a day and schedule is pretty flexible.

- During the training you will be paid $400 on the 7th training day and $600 on the 15th training day.

- During the first week of the training you will learn the payment systems supported by our platform.

- Second week is dedicated to concept and structure.

- On the last third week you will be learning the duties and work instructions.

- Also on the third week supervisor will provide you with a list of your prospective employers - our clients that need Customer Service Representative and have office in your area.

- You will have a privilege of choosing an employer, so you will choose the companies where you would prefer to work and supervisor will arrange interviews for you there right on the fourth week.

When you finally start working as a Customer Service Representative in one of the national companies, which uses our platform, you will have a guaranteed minimum salary of AUD $750 per week for the part time or AUD $1200 per week for the full time including full benefits package (life, medical, dental, vision, disability) and superannuation. Of course, you will not be required to travel and the office will be located conveniently.

A Customer Service Representative will have a regular working schedule Monday through Friday with public holidays, regular paid leave and paid sick leave.

*****, I cannot tell you the volume of hours necessary for full time or part time, because it depends on the employer. You will negotiate your schedule and hours during the interviews with employers. You should expect flexibility.

You will get all necessary knowledge and experience during the training.

However you should know that as Customer Service Representative you will process incoming inquiries related to our platform, guide users and monitor current operations within platform. You will not communicate with the company's customers or users directly but company's staff only and you will report to the local senior manager of the company.

Of course you will not be making any cold calling or sales, you will only help the local staff of the bank or telecom company with the system issues as our certified specialist only.

This is a strictly customer service role, not technical, and it doesn't involve any sales. I hope it's clear.

The next step
*****, the training can be started at any time on any week day, so we are ready as soon as you are. The sooner = the better.

There is no interview or meeting required to start the training, because this is remote training and we certainly do not interview the training candidates. You are not employed right away, you only start the online training.

Of course, you will be interviewed after the remote training before official employment. You will have face-to-face interviews with our clients right after the training.

Please let me know if you have any questions for me, *****

If you are already willing to commence, then I have few questions for you.

1) What is your current employment status?

2) Are you ready to start full-time?

3) Your preferred working hours?

4) What are your strengths and how might they relate to this role and the company?

5) How do you work under pressure?

100% Scam.

I must say that I like this copyright:

It's particularly interesting in light of the fact that the website has existed for a total of 2 weeks!

In addition, the site owner has used a privacy protection service to conceal his true identity. A legitimate business does not need to do that.

And, the address of the "company" actually leads to a medical practice.

A quick search leads me to another website, australianbilling.com, that is equally fake.

Yes, I have had exactly the same email sent to me by the same person. After checking, there is no Ausevro at the address they say.
They also get you to to on Skype. They offer training via skype and the trainer is Christian McKeckan.
Look out for them!!!!!!!!!

I had these same emails. I am 20 years old and didnt think to much of it. I was desperate for employment and was having no luck so i was happy to hear from someone. Although i did find it strange that i could not speak to someone over the phone. After speaking to my mum she checked everything out, and so we thought it was all legit. Maybe we where not looking in the right places. After sending all of my personal details i started my training. On the first day i was asked to do a "PRACTICE" money transfer. but before i knew it the money was in my account and i was transfering it to the Ukraine. After this "practice" i was asked to do another transfer as the person supposed to be doing it was ill. again being young n dumb i went ahead. They where large amounts of money. up to $4000. i was then asked to do another, and since nothing had come up and the training i was doing over skype was so indepth i thought nothing of it. Today i was supposed to do a transfer but when went to the bank my card was cancled. and i was told that it was a fraudulant transfer. Although i did think it was strange i put all my worries aside and went along with it. I wish i had of found this scam sooner.

A 1000 thank you, to you guys, nearly fell for it too.
same email for "Aaron" same skype with christain with his" Broken Mac" so cant use camera but is pushy to start training!
I was about to have training day 1 at this dream job- but still i was a bit hazey as to what my job role was, I had a gut feeling so google ausevro saw their website- looked okay- then saw this website. PHEW
As christain is talking away with his BullS#*t on skype, I ask him to explain something for me, about the job. ( willing to help with my question, he replies. so i copy this website- AND HE DELETES ME! talk about customer service!

Always go with your gut! and thanks again for the researchers on here!
ps i gave him my acc # my name and bsb # can he do anything with that? should i cancel to be sure?

The web site www.ausevro.com has been taken down. A new site will probably appear using the same information.

It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

@google1st:

Every bank is a little different as to how they handle things. It is a good idea to contact the fraud department of your bank, explain the situation and what information you have given out, and see if they have any specific recommendations.

I did one days training and today was the day i was supposed to have funds deposited into my account so i could practice a western union transfer....i knew this was all bullshit so used a bank account i no longer use and has no funds available. When i told my trainer (Christian) that no money had come through he told me to hang on and he will check with the finance dept....lol

He then deleted me from skype...so i created another skype account and added him again and sent him a message to say i was new and ready to start me training. He accepted my request within 10 seconds and sent me a message to ask for my details.

I told him that i knew he was all shit and he told me to fuck off....i told him i had contacted the police and he said they could fuck off too....lol......if anyone else wants to have a chat his skype login is ausevro_tsv

I also know how he got my details. I live in the gold coast and applied for a job on seek. It was a customer service position for a Wales Medical Centre which never existed. Seek sent me a email yesterday to say they had withdrawn the ad because it was fraudulent.
