Hello
Am looking for someone to clean 2 apartments for our move.I have traveled abroad for work and will not be able to clean the apartments before I return back. One apartment is for me and my wife and the other apartment is for my oldest son Jake. We would like someone that we know who will be reliable and meticulous about cleaning. Both apartments need the basic cleaning of the entire apartment and it should not take more than a week to do both apartments. I will be paying $500 for cleaning supplies and this job. This is a temporary job and a one time deal but if we are happy with the results we would pass the word on to others for further cleaning jobs.what is your cell #? i will see if the leasing agent can call on my behalf.

NOTE...I will want you communicate with me via [email protected], is is my alternate email,This zoho email ad keeps getting into spam, don't understand why.

Where it went;

Morning
This is to notify you that check will be delivered to you today via usps with amount $2,150,we had a bit of confusion with my financier and he sent you my rental deposit of $2150 instead of the $500 for the cleaning supplies.Kindly have the check deposited at your local bank today because the instructions on the check from my financier is that check should be deposited so can pass through normal BANKING PROCESS/CLARIFICATION.It will take 24-48hrs of deposit, hopefully it should be available by tomorrow,as soon as it is made available to you take the money for the cleaning supplies for yourself and send the rest through Western Union. In fact I will prefer you take $550 to add the western union fees and send my leasing agent the balance of $1600.please check by and always give me a daily updates and check your email for our updates too, here is the leasing agent info to western union the $1600
Agent's name:- JACOB CENTENO
ADDRESS:- 4430 S Archer Avenue
CITY:- CHICAGO
STATE:- ILLINOIS
CODE:- 60632
As soon as the agent receives the funds,She will immediately over night you the keys and address today.await to read from you.

The sender address on the envolope was from Texas (looked him up on Linkin and talked to him) but the USPS tracking number shows it was shipped from Chicago. The chicago address is Midway Auto sales (google maps) shows a "business for sale" sign in the empty lot.

Thanks

It's a scam. The overpayment was intentional, not a mistake. The check will be found to be fake, and any money you sent by Western Union will be lost. Ignore all further contact from the scammer.

Hello sotec1, as vonpaso xlura says, this is an overpayment scam. The check will be a forgery. Please do not deposit the check or try to cash it. You could be held liable for the forgery including criminal charges.

If it came by mail, the Postmaster may be interested in all that you received, as sending forged documents is a crime and if they crossed state lines, it is more serious.

What you received came not from the scammer but from someone the scammer had working for him. They may not know they are committing a crime, but they are.

The scammer has your physical address, I would stop all communication with him. Ignore anything he sends to you or any threats he makes. He just wants money the easiest way he can get it. Drop communications.

Rest in Peace 24 June 2015.
